Order Received

  • We must receive full payment before the order is shipped.
  • An automatic email will be sent to you immediately upon the order's completion.
  • Kindly check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it.
  • Kindly check your order information carefully.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address.

Order Tracking

  • We will send another email together with the tracking number
  • You will need to check the order shipment via courier company website.


  • We ship the orders based on your selected delivery service
  • Option 1: Shipping (courier) - The delivery service is based on the courier company's SLA.
  • Option 2: COD - Guaranteed next day delivery within Hulu Langat District ONLY due to PKP except Saturday and Sunday (Ampang, Beranang, Bangi, Cheras, Kajang, Semenyih).

Rose Plant Condition

  • We ship live and well rooted plant with bud or flower.
  • Each plant is individually selected by our rose specialist.
  • We hand wrapped and package the plant with utmost care.


  • We do not guarantee 100% survival of the plants.
  • We are not liable for any damages or death of plants due to slow delivery of courier company.

Ship Overseas

  • We do not ship our plant overseas.


  • We allow order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.


  • We allow refund/return on case by case basis.
